Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, we will process your refund based on your original payment method:

Online or Card Payments: Refunds will be issued directly to your bank account or original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A voucher equivalent to the amount paid will be issued.

This voucher can be used for any future purchase on our website and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Note: Shipping charge of β‚Ή50 will not be refunded for return products if the order value is below β‚Ή599.

Refunds are only processed after a thorough inspection to ensure all return criteria are met.

We understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item.
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product should be in its original condition (no stains, marks, or damages).

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Exchange Options

Size Exchange: If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, we’ll send you a replacement in your preferred size (subject to availability).

Product Exchange: You can choose to exchange for another product of the same or higher value (difference in amount to be paid by the customer).

Exchange Process

Raise an exchange request from our website.

Once approved, ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.

After inspection and approval, your exchange product will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

Note: If your requested size or product is out of stock, you may opt for a voucher of equivalent value (valid for 6 months).

Exchange is allowed only once per order.
